The Midland Trophy (or Friday Night Drives as they are often referred to) ran for 10 consecutive Friday evenings with only one cancelled due to rain.
On Friday 26th July the final was played over 16 ends comprising 3 teams. There were some close run games with only 1 point in the final score to find the winners being:-
Joy Burke, Molly Bostock and David J. Webb.
The Midlane is open to all and we encourage new members whether they are experience bowlers or new to bowling to join in. It is also instrumental in helping the new bowlers to understand and learn how matches are conducted.
A good time was had by all.
